960E Engine Platform
Before: Ladder is too narrow to carry tools.
After: Swivel wheels with locks
After: Removable hand rails to fit into different work areas
Problem
The engine bay access ladder on the Komatsu 960E is too vertical and narrow making it difficult for maintainers to take tools and parts to the work area around the engine.
Solution
A platform was made to improve access and increase the engine bay work area. This platform has locking wheels and removable handrails making it suitable for many applications.
