960E Engine Bay Hand Rails

An incident occurred at another site where a maintainer fell through an open door on the top deck of a Komatsu haul truck. There was no protection or barricading fitted to prevent this happening.

Lightweight removable hand rails which are quick and easy to install have been fabricated to prevent people falling into the engine bay and to eliminate any trip hazards when the door is opened. These hand rails will also provide maintainers with the option of performing works on the top deck and engine bay simultaneously.
